Ambercity Hospice, Inc. delivers compassionate care to palliative and terminally-ill patients by providing medical care, pain management, emotional, social, and spiritual support and Hospice Care in Central Ave Riverside California. But our service is not just for the patient. We also serve the family of our patients as we believe they are part of the unit of care.

We deliver our service through a team approach consisted of specialized and trained professionals (doctors, nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers) who will carefully develop a personalized treatment plan for each of our patients to ensure the smooth coordination of care. Hospice service is most commonly provided at home, but it can also be given at a nursing home or in-patient hospice care facility.

Our Compliance to the State Regulations. As of October 2013, Ambercity Hospice, Inc. has improved the quality of our service by transitioning from paperwork to electronic documentation or known as Electronic Health Record (EHR). The US Department of Health and Human Services office governs the use of EHR through the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH Act) of 2009. Through this electronic data, we are able to further enhance our care and service to patients by improving the accuracy and clarity of medical records.
